Join a Chianti pasta making class in a historic family run Tuscan estate near Florence, where local hospitality, family tradition, and handmade cooking come together in a private setting.

Your experience begins with a guided visit through the villa and its historic spaces, offering a deeper introduction to the place, the family story, and the traditions behind the class before you step into the kitchen.

During the hands on class, you will prepare fresh pasta from scratch under local guidance, making ravioli and tagliatelle with seasonal sauces. You will also make dessert as part of the experience, choosing between tiramisù or panna cotta.

After cooking, sit down in the frescoed hall to enjoy the meal you prepared together, served with water, soft drinks, and a selection of Chianti and Chianti Classico wines.

At booking, guests can choose their preferred format, including the Classic option with an additional traditional second course.
